Principal

Mr. Hess has been in the Dubuque Community School District since 2001. He previously worked as a special education teacher and instructional coach at Bryant Elementary School in Dubuque and as a special education coach at Kennedy Elementary School in Dubuque. Mr. Hess has been in administrator in the Dubuque Community School District since 2019. Prior to be named as Marshall’s principal, Mr. Hess spent five years as the principal at Kennedy Elementary School.
